Doctor P's EDx now available for Men who want more.

After two years in development, Dr. Pournadeali's EDx formula is now available.

EDx, an effective, plant, vitamin, mineral, and amino acid blend was formulated to improve erectile function, and circulation. With unique patented ingredients, and subjected to in-office research, the formula is an unique alternative to high risk, and costly drug therapies.

In our study, for men with Moderate to Severe Erectile Dysfunction: 60% were able to achieve normal Erectile Function using this formula within a few months. Men with normal erectile function realized a 44% improvement.

Recipe: Dr. Dirks' Dairy Free Pumpkin Custard
4 c pumpkin puree;
5 eggs,
1/3 c light brown sugar,
3T maple syrup
1/2 tsp. salt;
2tsp pumpkin pie spice;
1 can coconut milk

Whisk eggs with the sugar and maple syrup until smooth. Add pumpkin, salt, spice, and coconut milk, and whisk until smooth. Place custard cups into a baking dish and pour 1" of water into dish around the cups. Pour the custard mix into the cups and bake in 375 deg. oven for about 50 min until custard is set. 12 servings.

The Doctors have been on the air for over a decade, and now their program has been expanded to KXIR, FM 89.9.
You can hear the doctors every Thursday at 4pm, on FM 90.7 or at kser.org, or you can enjoy their radio talk show at a time convenient for you by clicking on this link. No where can you find naturopathic physicians on non-commercial public radio, where the goal is to educate the public.. Enjoy!

How to stay Healthy During the Holidays?
The holidays can be a stressful time. Try the techniques below. Then, if you are still finding it tough, get with one of us to build a plan unique to your needs.

1. Get enough sleep. Adequate sleep is particularly important to keep your immune system healthy during this normally stressful time of year.
